A Silver Eco Felt wall hanging with RULES ARE FOR FOOLS appliqued in Cadet Blue. The back is solid Silver. Three tabs at the top slide over a wooden dowel for hanging. I will drill a small hole in each end of the dowel and attach some white nylon upholstery thread for hanging, unless you tell me not to : )
The whole thing is 17 inches wide by about 18 1/2 inches high, not including the string.
