If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact Studio Arethusa with a description of your issue. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of buyer.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Contact us and receive a reply with return address before you ship.
- Return the item in the same condition in which you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or an item for exchange will be readied for you. Normal turn-around times apply to the shipping of exchange item. Please allow time for the creation of your new item.
